(MPP)

Move Past Plastic (MPP)
campaign is a program under
TLC Education that aims to
help communities, businesses,
and individuals understand the
complexities of the single use
plastic (SUP) crisis by offering
needed resources including
education and partnerships, to aid in facilitating the
transition from reliance on single use plastics, toward
practices supporting a regenerative economy.
All programs may be requested by any
organization, group, school, co-op, or
business to fit into your time schedule.

person.
Vision
TLC Education seeks empower, connect, and enrich communities
through interactive and interdisciplinary learning opportunities
that foster civic mindedness and stewardship for the Earth and
each other.
Mission
TLC Education is dedicated to experiential learning that
promotes individuals and groups to serve in their
communities by using investigative, interactive,
interdisciplinary courses, camps, field experience, sports
programs and campaigns.

TLC Education courses are designed to teach Science,
Technology,
Engineering, Arts, and Math (STEAM) through classroom
and field
investigation, research, problem-solving, debate,
discourse, media,
guest speakers, civic engagement, and environmental
education.
With educators’ facilitation, students will use their
knowledge
and resources to employ the Investigative, project
based learning
process to identify and research community
environmental
issues,resulting in a civic action project that addresses
their selected
issue.

Welcome:
TLC Education
Offers a variety of interactive,
community building classes for youth
and adults. They are interdisciplinary
classes that focus on science, the
environment, health and athletics. You
will experience your learning, be
connected with organizations to
enhance your knowledge and have
volunteer opportunities.
