Registration •

Recommended age groupings are posted. Instructor reserves the right to place youth in the class most suited to their ability not their age. Call if you feel your youth should be in a different age grouping then their biological age. (717- 713-5890) All class and course registration is encouraged to be completed 7 days prior to the program beginning. Classes registered under 7 days will incur an additional $2.50/hr. class.

Payment •

Payment is required at the time of registration and reservation. All class and course registration is encouraged to be completed 7 days prior to the program beginning. Classes registered under 7 days will incur an additional $2.50/hr. class fee. We accept cash and checks (made payable to TLC Education, 612 Belvedere St., Carlisle, PA 17013).

Location •

All classes and courses will be held at 612 Belvedere St., Carlisle, PA 17013 unless otherwise stated. Guardian supervision required• All programs ages 7 and under require a guardian to be present during the the program. Other programs may have these requirements as well. You may have a youth 16 yr old or any other adult offer to be a representative guardian for your youth. For soccer, outdoor day camps and field day a parent or representative guardian of at least 16 yrs. old must be present if youth is less than 16 yrs. old.

Contact •

No News is Good News! Once you have registered for a program, you may not hear from our office unless: • There is a change in the time or day. • The program has to be cancelled or changes location or you need to be provided with instructions or assignments. So, mark your calendar and plan to attend!

Program

Cancellations •

A minimum of 2-4 hours prior to the start of the program you will receive notifications, changes in location, or cancellations. This might occur if there is questionable weather or other emergency changes. You will receive a text or e- mail notification if you’ve provided us with your mobile phone number and e-mail address. • We reserve the right to cancel any program due to insufficient registration, hazardous weather (varies pending program), instructor illness, or closing of location. You may also log onto the TLC Education web-site calendar or Call (717) 713- 5890 if weather is questionable or emergency situations arise. • A 24 hour or greater notice will be used for any non- emergency location changes, cancellations or changes for all other reasons. You may also log onto the TLC Education web-site calendar or Call (717) 713-5890 if weather is questionable or emergency situations arise. • A program voucher will be issued to you to use for the rescheduled make-up program or towards another program of lesser or equal value.

Program Refund

Policy •

No refunds for cancellations under 24 hr. For single session classes you will receive a voucher for future classes of equal or lesser value if the cancellation is made more than 24 hours in advance of the start of the program. • We will gladly issue a refund for any multi- session programs for any reason as long as you contact us five days prior to the second class. No refunds after the second class. A $10.00 administrative fee will be deducted from ALL multi-day program refunds (except for insufficient registration cancellations which will incur a $35 fee + any additional bank fees incurred by TLC Education).

Liability •

By signing Registration Forms to voluntarily enroll in any activity, class, or program offered by TLC Education, I knowingly and freely assume all risks, both known and unknown, and assume full responsibility for my participation and the participation of my minor children, in all programs at any location. I hereby hold TLC Education, and its volunteers, employees, officers, agents, representatives, and organizers, harmless and indemnify any and all liability, actions, causes of action, fees, debts, claims and demands of every kind and nature whatsoever, whether for bodily injury, property damage or any other loss, which may arise from my participation, or my minor children’s participation, in all program and related activities. I certify that I enter into this activity voluntarily, and take full responsibility to participate or not to participate.

Injury •

Participation in our programs and leagues are at your own risk. We advise participants to carry their own health and accident/liability insurance.

Photo and Media

Disclaimer •

By registering to attend Trussell Learning and Community Education programs, you grant permission to TLC Education to take and use your photo in TLC Education marketing and promotional pieces for an indefinite period of time. Marketing and promotional pieces include, but are not limited to, printed brochures, reports, postcards, flyers, and materials, as well as online uses such as postings on the TLC Education website, online newsletters, and e- mail blasts. TLC Education shall own all rights, including copyrights in and to the photos. You also grant permission to TLC Education to use, encode, digitize, transmit, and display the video/audio of all programs you attend. During, singularly or in conjunction with other recordings, as well as to use your photograph, biographic information, and ancillary material in connection with such video/audio for commercial, promotional, advertising, and other business purposes. TLC Education, volunteers and its employees are released from any liability arising out of the use of your video, photographs, and/or organization name and location. If you do not agree to the photo release, please provide TLC Education with a picture of your child to cross reference all potentially used photos and video for marketing and promotional uses.

Be SAFE…

Follow instructions, be respectful, courteous, open to new and possibly divergent thought than you currently have. TLC is a safe zone for all knowledge and perspectives. At no time will any thoughts or paradigms intentionally be used to be hurtful or judgmental. Instructors have the right to sit out or release a youth from a class for behavior or attitudes that are contrary to positive learning.
